Terrence P Doyle, MBA, MPA

As an established leader, Terrence has 40 years’ experience as an administrator in human service organizations including 25 years serving as a Director of Human Resources. His HR journey has covered the full spectrum of HR responsibilities. He specializes in staff development, employee training, coaching, conflict resolution, incident investigations, policy writing and enforcement, legal liaising, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, OSHA standards and managerial consulting. He can analyze existing HR functions while recognizing what is working well and improve upon areas of weakness. He knows how to connect the dots between initial consumer engagement, consumer protection, consumer services, employee training and development, policy application and enforcing regulatory standards. His goal is to ensure that the mission, goals and values of any given organization are maintained for all stakeholders.

Following the traditions of the first apostles, he is an avid fisherman in his spare time. He is married with four adult children and three beautiful granddaughters. He has served for many years on his church's Board of Trustees and Educational Advisory Council. For 15 years, he conducted homeless outreach conducting midnight runs to NYC. Prayer continues to guide his path and decision making.
