Sarah Norell

Sarah Norell is an HR professional with experience supporting a broad range of human resources functions, including HR operations, recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, compliance, onboarding, and employee records management. She holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.

Sarah supports HR on the Move clients through special projects, including data projects, research, light recruiting, and other HR initiatives. Her experience working with employee data, benefits documentation, compensation information, and HR reporting allows her to bring a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to each assignment.

Known for her organization, reliability, and collaborative style, Sarah enjoys researching solutions, creating efficient processes, and helping clients manage the many details that keep their HR functions running smoothly. She brings both strong academic preparation and practical HR experience to the HR on the Move team.
